As Bharat scales toward her rightful place, the infrastructure that moves goods to people becomes as important as the factories that make them.
Grade-A warehouse parks — the silent stretch between production and the customer — are the backbone of distribution and last-mile delivery. Samma Ajeewa has spent fifty-five years being that partner: steady, professional, and invested in the country by being invested in the company.
Every rupee paid to the team and to partners stays within India, and strengthens the country’s own consumption economy.

Who we are
Headquartered in Mumbai, the Group has provided industrial real estate for distribution and last-mile delivery for fifty-five years. Assets are owned by the house and managed professionally.
The house works in two lines, under one owner. Warehouse parks the house owns and keeps running, and industrial parks planned for warehouse, office, research, testing, and docks.
Ethical practice is not a sidebar. It is the name: Samma Ajeewa, right livelihood.

The name
Samma Ajeewa · Right livelihood
The name comes from right livelihood, as taught in the Vipassana meditation lineage. The means of a livelihood should not cause harm. Work should be honest, of measurable value, and conducted with care for the people it touches.
That is the standard for every lease signed, every facility maintained, and every relationship stewarded. It is why the Group owns what it operates, manages professionally rather than informally, and why client relationships have outlasted entire business cycles.
Leadership
Senior management has been educated in the United States and has held senior posts with Fortune 500 corporations abroad. That experience, with on-the-ground familiarity in Indian industrial real estate, is the difference from a run-of-the-mill park owner. Personal names are not printed in the profile, and are not invented here.
